Joe Naylor, senior vice president of streaming and digital platforms, is responsible for establishing the consumer streaming and digital strategy for all Scripps’ local and network brands. Naylor joined The E.W. Scripps Company in November 2021 as vice president of emerging products for the local media stations, a position in which he was responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, development and execution of non-linear opportunities for Scripps’ 61 television stations. Prior to joining Scripps, Naylor was executive director of product, programmatic and data for Cox Media Group, where he served as a member of the organization’s senior leadership team. A native of York, Pennsylvania, he’s based in Tampa where he lives with his wife and two sons.
